Some people might be surprised to learn that the Audi A6 has one of the best fuel economies in its class. During our highway driving test, it managed an impressive 32 MPG rating. That’s better than many of its competitors, including the Lexus ES350 (which achieved a 39 MPG rating).
The EPA provides information about the A6’s fuel economy on its website. According to their estimates, the car should achieve 26 MPG in city driving and 37 MPG on the highway–a combined rating of 30 MPG. These numbers are expected to hold true even when compared to vehicles released after 2020. So if you’re looking for a mid-size sedan that will save you money at the pump, consider choosing the Audi A6
