What’s New for 2022?

There are a lot of new models and features for the 2022 model year. Some of the most notable ones include the Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Leaf, Ford Transit, Lincoln Navigator, Alfa-Romeo Stelvio, Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid, and Jeep Compass.

The Tacoma is brand new for 2022 and comes with a number of great features. It’s available in both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, and there are three different engine options to choose from. The Tacoma also has a new optional 8-speed automatic transmission that will make it more fuel-efficient and comfortable than ever before.

The Nissan Leaf is also brand new for 2022. It’s a zero-emissions electric vehicle that comes with an impressive 240-mile range on a single charge. The Leaf is perfect for those who want to reduce their carbon footprint while still having access to all the amenities of a regular car.

The Ford Transit is another new model for 2022. It’s a full-size van that’s perfect for businesses or families who need extra space. The Transit comes in both cargo and passenger versions, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. It also has an impressive payload capacity of up to 4,000 pounds.

The Lincoln Navigator is now available in New Haven, CT. It’s a full-size luxury SUV that comes with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a vehicle of its caliber. The Navigator is perfect for those who want to travel in style and comfort.

The Alfa-Romeo Stelvio is now available in Hagerstown, MD, and Hesperia, CA. It’s an amazing sports car that offers performance and luxury at an affordable price. If you’re looking for a car that will turn heads when you drive it, the Stelvio is a perfect choice.

Where This Vehicle Ranks

The Tacoma is a great car and ranks high in comparison to other cars in its class. It has many features that drivers love, such as a great fuel economy and eco-friendly design. In addition, the Tacoma is perfect for those who are looking for a reliable vehicle that they can count on.

Interior, Comfort, and Cargo

Tacoma’s cabin is not updated from the previous model, and it still has some major problems. The biggest issue is that there is not enough legroom for passengers, which makes it uncomfortable for those who have to ride in the backseat. In addition, Tacoma does not have a lot of storage space, so you’ll have to be careful about what you bring with you on your trip. The center console bin is the only storage option inside the car, and it can only hold a limited amount of stuff.

Fortunately, Toyota does offer a power-adjustable driver seat, so you can find a comfortable position behind the wheel. However, this still doesn’t make up for all of the car’s other shortcomings. If you’re looking for a vehicle that offers good interior comfort and plenty of cargo space, then we suggest considering one of Toyota’s other models. Pricing and Which One to Buy

If you’re looking to buy a new truck, the Tacoma is a great option. There are only two choices for buyers, SR and TRD Sport. The TRD Off-Road is our top choice, with a locking differential, a more powerful engine, and manual transmission. The automatic transmission comes standard on the V-6 version of this truck, but we’d pass on that option for ourselves.

The 0-foot cargo box and the more expensive Premium package, which includes 16-inch wheels, black over-fenders, copious driver assists, and a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot are not really necessary unless you need them.

The 2019 Ford Escape is offered with manual or automatic transmission. The manual is not compatible with the 6-foot bed option on Tacos but does come standard with an infotainment system that includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot. If you need those features go for it! However if not then stick with the base model which comes with 16-inch wheels at no extra cost.

A partnership can be helpful in making your decision between these two trucks because it can save you money in the long run.

Infotainment and Connectivity

The Toyota Tacoma comes with a variety of features that drivers will appreciate. All models are equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which makes it easy to use your smartphone while driving. The 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system is standard in all models, and it provides access to a variety of media options. You can also connect your Bluetooth-enabled device to the car’s audio system for hands-free operation.

Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG

The EPA fuel economy ratings for Tacoma are 20 city/23 highway.

In our real-world test, the Tacoma matched its EPA highway estimate at 23 mpg.

However, the manual transmission with a V-6 engine has the worst fuel economy, but it’s more fun to drive.

You’ll want to avoid that combo if you’re looking for good fuel economy.

The Edmunds data is rich and includes features like heated and cooled seating.

And of course, we rate cars from 1 star (worst) to 5 stars (best).

Warranty and Maintenance Coverage

The Toyota Tacoma has similar warranty terms as its competitors. It offers the best complimentary scheduled maintenance plan in its class. The Powertrain Warranty covers up to five years or 60,000 miles for all Toyota Tacomas sold in 2022. There is a two-year/25,000-mile complimentary maintenance plan as well.

The Tacoma also has a pretty good top speed and comes with 4-wheel drive, which helps with poor road-holding in wet conditions. The best acceleration time is 7.7 seconds from zero to 60 mph and 23.5 seconds from 0-100 mph according to industry reports. The Toyota Tacoma also comes with a 70-gallon fuel tank. Finally, the EPA rating of 18/23 MPG for city and highway driving gives drivers plenty of range between fill-ups

Safety and Driver-Assistance Features

The Toyota Tacoma is a great car for anyone looking for safety and driver-assistance features. The standard Toyota Safety Sense™ P (TSS-P) system includes the backup camera and rear parking sonar, which are both very helpful when you’re reversing or trying to park in a tight spot.

The TSS-P system also includes the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control and Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection. This means that Tacoma can automatically adjust its speed to maintain a set distance from the car in front of it, and it can also detect pedestrians who might be crossing in front of the vehicle.

In addition, the Tacoma has a Lane Departure Alert system that warns you if you start to drift out of your lane, as well as a Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. The Limited trim is the only one that offers these features as standard; however, they will be available on other trims in 2022.

The Panoramic View Monitor is another great feature that allows you to see what’s happening outside your car even when you’re parked. This can help prevent blind spots and make parking easier than ever before! Finally, Automatic High Beams help improve visibility in foggy or rainy conditions.

The Tacoma is sure to keep you and your passengers safe on any day in Morrow GA when you buy one. With so many safety features included as standard, it’s hard to beat!

Overall Safety Rating (NHTSA)

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) provides safety ratings for vehicles on its website. The Toyota Tacoma has a four out of five-star overall safety rating from the NHTSA. This is based on the results of crash tests in the frontal, side, and rollover crashes, as well as pedestrian protection.

While Tacoma does not have the most standard driver-assistance technology in its class, it does score well when it comes to crash tests. In fact, the only area where it falls short is in terms of safety tech. However, this may be changing soon with new standard features like forwarding collision warning and automated emergency braking.

So far, the IIHS has not to crash tested the 2022 Tacoma but gave it a Good rating in five crash tests–which is better than many other pickups on the market.

Engine, Transmission, and Performance

The engine in the Tacoma is a V6 with either a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. The four-cylinder engine is also available, but it’s not as powerful as the other two options.

There are three transmissions to choose from: a V6 with an automatic transmission, a V6 with a six-speed manual gearbox, and a four-cylinder with a six-speed manual gearbox.

The Tacoma comes in four variants: the TRD Sport, Limited, TRD Off-Road, and TRD Pro models. The Sport and Limited models are designed for city driving while the TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro models are oriented toward rough paths.

All of these options have sluggish acceleration capabilities compared to other options on this list like Camaro SS 1LE or Corolla LE Eco XSE. However, they make up for it with their impressive power when going off-road or taking on difficult trails.”
