Overview
The Toyota Supra is a great choice for drivers who want an affordable and sporty sedan. The cabin is sleek and premium, with lots of safety features. The Toyota Supra comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission that’s good for performance driving on the road or in the dirt. It has a range of engine options, from 2.0 liter to 3.0-liter inline-sixes, with a standard 255 hp and optional 382 hp output levels.
Available colors
The Toyota Supra will come in a new color every year, with the first being Absolute Zero. Tungsten is also a color option for the 2022 Toyota Supra. The LED headlights and rear spoiler can be optionally added to the vehicle. This Toyota Supra is black with a rear-wheel-drive engine.
Starting at $43,190
The Toyota Supra will start at a price of $43,190 when it is released in 2022. This near-luxury car has excellent powertrain options and a top-notch cabin. However, its rear outward visibility is poor due to the car’s low roofline and wide stance.

If you are looking for an affordable option that still offers many features, the Toyota Corolla starts at $22,100. This sedan comes with great features like automatic headlights and keyless entry. It also has a roomy interior that can comfortably seat five adults.
For those who are looking for an electric vehicle, Tacoma Electric is priced at $50,000. This truck has a range of up to 310 miles on a single charge and can tow up to 6500 pounds. It also boasts an 8 out of 10 safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
The Toyota GR86 starts at $28,925 and has a 9 out of 10 rating in Moazzam Auto. This sports car is perfect for those who want speed and style without breaking the bank.
What’s New for 2022
The all-new Toyota Supra is coming in 2022, and it’s sure to be a hit! This sports car will have a 0 kb rating, making it one of the most affordable options on the market. It will also come with some great features, like an RWD drivetrain and seating for up to five passengers.
In addition, there are no plans to offer AWD in this model. So if you’re looking for a powerful sports car that’s easy on your wallet, the new Toyota Supra is definitely worth considering!
Where this vehicle Ranks
This car ranks highly in overall quality (61 out of 100). The vehicle covers the entire engine and infotainment system, giving it a good rating for both systems.
Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
When it comes to interior and comfort, the 2022 Toyota Supra is a great car. Tall drivers might find the cockpit a little tight, but for the most part, it’s comfortable and well-designed. The switchgear and infotainment controls are similar to those of other BMW models, so you’ll be able to adjust everything without any trouble. And if you need more cargo space than what the Supra offers, remember that it can easily fit four carry-on suitcases.
The only downside is that the entry to the trunk is narrow–but its dimensions make it easy to wrangle large items into its interior storage space. Plus, there are compact cupholders and door pockets that are ideal for storing small items. So overall, we think that the Toyota is a great car when it comes to comfort and cargo space.
If you’re looking for even more room in the back of your car, then consider either the Porsche or Jaguar. The Porsche has more room in the trunk (11 cubic feet), while Jaguar’s trunk space measures in at 11 cubic feet as well–making it perfect for weekend trips with friends or family members.
Pricing and Which One to Buy
When it comes to picking the right car for you, making a decision can be tough. You want something that’s affordable and fits your needs, but you don’t want to sacrifice quality or features. Thankfully, with the Toyota Supra, you don’t have to make too many compromises.
The 2020 Supra starts at $49,990 and goes up from there depending on which package you choose. For most buyers, though, we think the $50K mark is worth the added cost-you get a ton of features included in that price tag. The National Auto Sport Association (NASA) membership is included at no additional charge with every purchase of a Supra-this gives buyers access to one day at a high-performance driving event where they can really test out the car’s capabilities.
If Driver Assist package is important to you, know that it does add adaptive cruise control which makes it harder to drive than other packages available. But if you’re looking for speed and performance above all else, then go with one of the sportier options like the Chevrolet Corvette or Porsche Cayman over this version of the Supra.
At its core, though, the Toyota Supra is still an excellent car and a great buy, with good performance and refinement.
Infotainment and Connectivity
The Toyota Supra in 2022 is a semi-autonomous vehicle that can be operated remotely with voice or gesture control. It includes infotainment features like video games and YouTube as well as connectivity features including WiFi, 4G LTE, 3D facial recognition, noise-cancellation headsets, and Alexa integration. The larger touchscreen would be a smart change if it had a compatible design.
Toyota should consider swapping out its infotainment system for the Connected Technologies Groups. The purpose of the luggage is to fit into small spaces.
Compare 2022 Toyota supra Trims
The Toyota Supra comes in a few different trims: standard, premium, and luxury. The standard has a 3.0-liter engine with 335 horsepower and 365 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is an 8-speed automatic with RWD or AWD options. It gets an EPA-estimated 20 MPG city/29 MPG highway.
The next trim up is the premium which has a 3.0-liter engine with 450 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is also an 8-speed automatic but now offers AWD only as an option; it also gains launch control, adaptive suspension damping, variable gear ratio steering, and more brake cooling ducts. This trim level gets an EPA-estimated 17 MPG city/26 MPG highway.
Lastly, there’s the luxury trim which ups the ante even further with a twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter V6 engine that makes 592 horsepower and 647 lb-ft of torque–the most powerful production Supra ever made! Like the Premium model, it has adaptive suspension damping, variable gear ratio steering, and more brake cooling ducts but adds heated/cooled seats (front & rear), 21″ forged aluminum wheels, Mark Levinson audio, and more. The EPA estimated fuel economy is the same as the Premium at 17 MPG city/26 MPG highway.
Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG
The Toyota Supra is a great car, but it’s important to be aware of the fuel economy and how it compares to other cars on the market. The most efficient Supra is the one with the turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which has EPA ratings of 25 mpg city and 32 highway. The six-cylinder models achieve impressive efficiency (34 mpg) on our 75-mph highway fuel-economy test route, scoring over its rated value for this metric (38 mpg).
For more information about the fuel economy, visit the EPA’s website. You can also find MPG estimates for different driving conditions on their website.
The Toyota GR Supra can get up to 25 MPG in combined fuel economy–which is pretty good compared to other cars out there! Keep in mind that these numbers may vary depending on your driving habits and how you use your car.
Warranty and Maintenance Coverage
When it comes to warranty and maintenance coverage, the Toyota Supra falls behind the BMW Z4. The Toyota Supra has a three-year or 36,000-mile limited warranty while the BMW Z4 offers five years or 60,000 miles of powertrain coverage. The complimentary scheduled maintenance plan is covered for two years or 25,000 miles on both cars.
However, when it comes to performance and features, the Toyota Supra is unbeatable. It’s no wonder why this car is one of the most popular sports cars on the market!
Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
Driver-assistance features are becoming increasingly popular in the automotive industry, and Toyota is no exception. The company offers a wide range of standard safety features across its lineup of vehicles, with additional features available via the optional Driver’s Assist package.
Some of the key safety features offered as standard equipment on all models include automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, and adaptive cruise control. The Safety and Technology Package is also included on both the 2.0 base trim and 3.0 premium trim of the 2020 Supra.
The Driver’s Assist Package is an optional add-on that provides additional safety features such as blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. It also includes enhanced versions of automated emergency braking and adaptive cruise control that can detect pedestrians and cyclists.
Overall Safety Rating (NHTSA)
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is a United States government agency that conducts research on traffic safety. The NHTSA rates automakers and their vehicles by assigning them star ratings from one to five stars. A five-star rating is the best, while a one-star rating is the worst.
Toyota has an overall safety rating of 4 out of 5 stars. This puts it at the top of its class, making it a good option for families and drivers with children. Some of its standout safety features include automated emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, both of which are available as optional extras.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
The engine, transmission, and performance of the car have yet to be determined. We can only hope that they release a model with a manual transmission option! The suspension is still good for daily driving, so we can expect great things from this car when it comes out in 2020. Toyota will also be releasing a special edition Supra with a carbon fiber design in 2022.
